Our Company started its activity in the field of providing law and accounting services as well as tax advising in July 1991 and at the beginning acted as a one-member company. The foregoing means that we are one of the oldest interdisciplinary business entities of this kind in Poland.

Until the end of 1997, the name of the Company was AHT Biuro Prawne i Rachunkowe (AHT Legal & Accounting Office). In January 1998, AHT Kancelaria Prawna i Doradztwa Podatkowego Sp. z o.o. (AHT Law & Tax Advise Office) was separated with initial capital of PLN 112 000 (entry no. to the National Court Register: 159137, the registration was carried out by the District Court of Olsztyn, 8 Division of the National Court Register). We provide services for more than 60 business organizations, including German, Swedish and Dutch companies.

Since 1994, the Company has been insured against tax advisor liability (currently for the amount of EURO 50 000), and since 1997 – against legal advisor liability.
In the head office and two branches we hire nine competitive employees who form an experienced and professional team.
The Company was established by its current Vice President Sylwester Wyczawski who graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdañsk where in 1985 he defended a master’s thesis.
After graduation, Sylwester Wyczawski was employed in the Provincial Court of Suwa³ki, first as a trainee and then an assistant judge, and he passed a judge exam.
In 1992, he passed a legal advisor exam, and in 1993 was accepted as a member of the Association of Finance Experts and Tax Advisors in Warsaw. In 1996, Sylwester Wyczawski graduated from the 6-month Tax College organized by the DIFIN Publishing Company in Warsaw, and at the turn of 1998-1999, he passed a national tax advisor exam. He was entered into the register of tax advisors in 1997 (entry no. 00992).
Sylwester Wyczawski is author of several dozen articles on taxes, published mostly by the INFOR Publishing Group.
In 2004 att. Wyczawski has accomplished the postgraduate studies of European Law in European High School of Law and Administration in Warsaw.
